Magnificent Four Glass Mantle Clock

The case of outstanding quality, with gilded work over brass.

The clock case with decorated gilded ornate work with beautifully sculptered Coat of Arms above the ornate sweeping gilded serpentine side mounts leading into shaped legs and paw feet with central mask to the lower brass frame.

Eight day duration twin barrel movement striking a bell each half hour and hour. The porcelain two piece white dial incorporating black Roman numerals,two winding holes and Visible open escapement (which rocks to and fro when clock is wound up and running which is a nice feature) with ruby end-stones, again a feature of quality in the making of this clock by the clockmaker.

Twin glass cylinderical and brass mercurey pendulum with original winding key.

Condition : Clock fully serviced and running, in nice condition
